  • Meet our credit qualification criteria if applying for a Card

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Credit Card Terms

Our credit card products are subject to additional terms and conditions provided in the Cardholder Agreement that you receive upon Card approval. These terms include, but are not limited to:

  • Credit limits and available credit
  • Annual percentage rates and fees
  • Billing cycles and payment requirements
  • Rewards programs and benefits
  • Default and collection procedures

By applying for and using a WonPilot Card, you agree to the terms of the applicable Cardholder Agreement.

Website Use

Permitted Use

You may access and use our website for legitimate and lawful purposes, including:

  • Applying for credit cards
  • Managing your account
  • Accessing educational resources and blog content

Prohibited Activities

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Your content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other rights of any person

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WONPILOT AND ITS SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WONPILOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES CONTAINED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WONPILOT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF WONPILOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID WONPILOT IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WonPilot, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Seoul, Korea, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or additional terms and conditions or documents that may be published from time to time on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and WonPilot concerning the Services.
